The Foundation supports complex intervention programmes to improve the livelihoods of communities affected by poverty, discrimination and marginalisation.
This includes projects that redress educational disadvantages, create employment opportunities, contribute to community development initiatives, or fight prejudices.
We work with a small number of teams, striving to build lasting partnerships to ensure the long-term sustainability of initiatives.
In Hungary, we also run an Incubation programme, which offers complex and tailored organisational development via workshops, individual expert consultations, peer learning opportunities and financial support. Through this work, the Foundation aims to help charities and social enterprises to operate in a stable, sustainable and professional way – particularly given the rapidly changing social, political and financial environment of our current times.
